Christmas Cakes take ideally 2-3 months to mature, but you can order up to one month before you need it. The cut off date for getting your cake on Christmas in the same year is the last day of November. Cakes are approximately 3" tall.
If you want specific decoration of the cake, add this to the notes for your order in the check-out. For example; an Easter simnel cake (like the photo with the caramelised marzipan balls) or a layered naked cake for the marzipan cake option, or a custom design such as the pōhutukawa and fruit jelly Christmas Cake (subject to finding more pōhutukawa!) or the poinsettia piped buttercream (the examples are actually 2" mini cakes). Any ideas welcomed!
