Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your product feel free to contact hi@aureate.nz and we will discuss what can be done.
- You may be required to post the item back, this would be at the expense of Aureate Cakery and Unbakery
- The circumstances that we offer returns and refunds can include: packaged products past the best before date, spoiled packaged products upon opening, baked or raw treats made not according to pre-agreed requirements such as dietary choice, the products getting damaged in transit or post.
- The timeframe during which we accept returns is within 7 days upon receiving the product/s.
- Customers can expect a refund within 7 days of reaching an agreement.
Note that some products may need stirred, or may contain natural colourants which fade in the sun, and so they may not be spoiled but just appear spoiled or damaged.
