All of the raw flavours are also gluten-free, vegan (egg and dairy-free), and refined sugar-free too. Mini tartlets have a base raw biscuit shell in a mini cupcake paper case, and are then piped with a raw crème filling and decorated with a raw/wholefood type of decoration.
